Web Design & Development

Concept & sitemap
Bespoke UI design
WordPress + Bricks Builder
Performance-First code
Maintainable, no lock-in

No templates. No prefab builds. Every site I make starts with you, your market and your conversions — not with a theme marketplace. WordPress with Bricks Builder is my tool because you can maintain the site yourself later, without having to call me.

Responsive, fast, SEO-clean is the baseline. What’s on top: a backend you won’t get lost in — not even in three years. Clean HTML output, no plugin bloat, no page-builder lock-in.

02 — Hosting

Reliable hosting

My own server in Germany
SSL & daily backups
Auto-updates & monitoring
Personal support — no call center
Migration from any host

Hosting without anonymity. My server sits in Germany, I know every configuration and plugin conflict personally. When your site acts up — and it happens — you message me or call directly. No tier-1 support, no ticketing system, no hold music.

SSL, daily backups (with monthly restore tests), updates and monitoring run automatically in the background. Already hosting elsewhere? That’s fine too — I work with any common environment.

03 — Performance & SEO

Speed & visibility

Core Web Vitals Optimization
Image & Asset Compression
Technical SEO
Schema.org Structured Data
Honest measurement (Lighthouse, Search Console)

Speed isn’t a bonus, it’s a conversion must. A page that takes 4 seconds to load loses half its visitors before they see your headline.

I optimize at the root — images in modern formats, scripts bundled and decoupled, a caching strategy instead of a cache-plugin stack. Plus technical SEO that makes your site indexable and rich-result-ready. What I don’t promise: „No. 1 in 30 days“. What I deliver: the foundation that content SEO can’t work without anyway.

04 — Support

Long-term care

WordPress + Plugin Updates
Security patches & monitoring
Daily backups + restore tests
New pages & small tweaks
Hourly or retainer — flexible

After launch the site is done — but the web isn’t. WordPress + plugins get security updates every week, GDPR requirements shift, and small tweaks come up anyway.

I’m there when you need me — not because a fixed monthly fee chains me to your schedule. You pay for real work, by the hour. Or, if you prefer, a fixed retainer from ~3 hours a month — that’s where it pays off. Otherwise: hourly, transparent, no dead hours.

05 — App & Software Development

Native Apps & Custom Software

iOS apps for iPhone & iPad — Swift / App Store
Android apps for smartphones — Kotlin / Play Store
Desktop software for Mac & Windows — Native tools
Web apps with login & payments — React / Stripe
AI integrations via MCP servers — ChatGPT / Claude

Sometimes a website isn’t enough. An app in the App Store, a tool on the desktop, your own backend behind the scenes — these are projects with their own character and depth.

I develop native apps for iPhone and iPad, Android apps for all smartphones, desktop software for Mac and Windows, plus web applications with login, payments and a database. Also MCP servers — interfaces that let AI assistants like ChatGPT or Claude work directly with your data. From first concept to store release — all from one hand.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a project take?
Depending on scope, 4 to 12 weeks — small one-pagers faster, large projects with many subpages accordingly longer. After our first call I’ll give you a realistic estimate.
What does a website cost?
It depends heavily on scope. Simple projects start in the low four figures (€); more complex setups with animations, multilingual pages or shop integration cost accordingly more.
Where does my server run?
On my own server in Germany — no third party, no anonymous data center. You know exactly where your data lives.
How often are backups made?
Daily, with 30 days of retention. If needed, I can restore any version from the last 30 days — and test-restore on request.
What are Core Web Vitals?
Google’s three metrics: LCP (load time of the largest content), INP (input responsiveness) and CLS (layout shift). They directly influence your Google ranking.
How long until SEO works?
Technical SEO often shows effect in 2–6 weeks. Content SEO takes 3–6 months for Google to index and rank new pages. Honest expectations instead of empty promises.
What does maintenance cost?
No fixed package: you only pay for real work, at fair hourly rates. Or we agree on a retainer if you need regular support — even better value then.
Can I maintain it myself?
Yes. With Bricks Builder you can edit text, images and content directly in the backend — no coding required. I hand the site over with a short handover session.
Do I need an app or a website?
A website shows content and is instantly reachable via Google — ideal for marketing, information and first contact. An app lives on the smartphone, can work offline, send push notifications and use the device’s sensors. If your offering is used regularly (several times a week) or should be findable in the App Store, an app makes sense. For everything else a website is usually enough — and often we combine both.
What does app development cost?
Like websites, heavily scope-dependent. A focused iOS app starts in the mid four figures (€); parallel Android versions or web apps with a backend (login, payments, database) accordingly higher. On top come the one-time developer accounts at Apple (99 €/year) and Google Play (25 € one-time). In our first call I’ll estimate effort and tools transparently.
