So you can sell into Germany from day one without the cease-and-desist risk that market is known for. Shopify is hosted, quick to launch and low-maintenance — ideal if you want to focus on selling. WooCommerce runs on your own WordPress, belongs entirely to you and has no platform fee, but needs hosting and upkeep. You get an honest recommendation based on your product range, budget and growth plan — and I build both.
What does an online shop cost?
As a guide: a starter shop from €4,500, a standard shop with a custom design between €7,500 and €15,000, an extensive or migrated shop from €15,000. Do I get GDPR-compliant legal pages and a compliant checkout?
Yes. I implement the right-of-withdrawal notice, terms and conditions, privacy policy and imprint correctly, set up Germany’s order-button rule (§ 312j BGB) and GDPR-compliant cookie consent, and make sure price and shipping disclosures are correct (EU/PAngV). The legal texts themselves come from a provider such as eRecht24 or your lawyer — I implement them cleanly in the shop.
Can you migrate my existing shop?
Yes. I migrate existing shops — for example from Wix, Jimdo, an older WooCommerce or Shopware — to Shopify or WooCommerce, including products, categories, customers and redirects, so your Google rankings are preserved.
How long does it take to build an online shop?
A starter shop is often live within a few weeks; larger shops with many products or integrations take correspondingly longer. We work in clear stages, and you see a real, working preview early on for testing.
Do you work remotely with international clients?
Yes. I work remote worldwide, from Germany (CET), and take on shop projects for clients in the US, UK, Australia and across Europe. Consultation and coordination run easily by video call and phone.
